Emergency Medical ID Bracelets
Overview
Orland Park offers Medical ID Bracelets free to residents with a medical condition. The bracelets are available in two sizes, for adults and children.

The bracelets carry a coded identification that is linked to a field reporting system. Personal information is stored in the Police Department computers, including:
  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Medical information
  • Emergency contacts
  • Picture

This information will be able to be accessed 24 hours a day in case of emergency.

Getting a Bracelet
The bracelets are available at the Office of Special Services, located in the lobby of the Frederick T. Owens Village Hall. Contact us at (708) 403-6188 for more information, or complete the application and return it to us.
